Q What are the common gram weights of honeycomb mesh paper?
A There are generally two common specifications of 70g and 80g. Other gram weights need to be custom-made and have a certain minimum order quantity, usually starting from one ton. For common specifications, 50 rolls can be ordered.
Q What are the common colors of mesh paper? Can customers customize other colors?
A Mesh paper generally comes in three common colors: natural (yellowish), white, and black. Other colors need to be custom-made.
Q Are there any restrictions on the width of mesh paper?
A The maximum width of mesh paper can be up to 75cm, and the minimum can be 25cm.
Q How long can a roll of mesh paper be? What is the shortest length?
A A roll can be up to 250 meters long, and the shortest can be 3 meters (this is not cost-effective as the paper core is expensive).
Q What certifications does mesh paper have?
A Our mesh paper currently has: ISO9001-2015 certification, ISO14001-2015 certification, FSC, Disney certification, RoHS ten-item certification, and TPCH certification.
Q Can mesh paper be waterproof?
A Yes, mesh paper can be waterproof. We can adjust the waterproof level according to customer requirements.

Q What kind of paper weight is generally used to make honeycomb paper net sleeves?
A Generally, 60g to 80g paper is used, with 80g paper being the most common. Customization can also be done according to customer requirements.
Q What are the common colors of paper net sleeves? Can customers specify their own colors?
A There are three common colors: natural (yellowish-brown), white, and black. We can also customize colors for customers.
Q How thick are paper net sleeves usually?
A A thickness of 1cm is usually sufficient for most products. We can also customize the thickness within the range of 0.5cm to 2cm to meet different product requirements.
Q How tall (length) can honeycomb paper net sleeves be made?
A Generally, there are three standard sizes: 22cm, 35cm, and 45cm. We can also customize the height (length) to fit the specific needs of different products.
Q What is the common size of the holes in paper net sleeves?
A The common size is 1.6cm.
Q Is there a minimum order quantity for commonly used paper net sleeves?
A Yes, the minimum order quantity for common specifications is 5,000 pieces.
Q Can paper net sleeves be ordered with one end sealed?
A Generally, paper net sleeves are open at both ends. However, our company can also produce sleeves with one end sealed to meet the different usage scenarios of customers.

Q What is the general thickness of the three layers of paper used in honeycomb paper bags?
A Normally, the weight of the three layers is 80g for the outer layer, 80g for the core layer, and 80g for the inner layer. Some customers choose to use 75g + 75g + 75g or 70g + 80g + 70g to reduce costs.
Q What are the common specifications of honeycomb paper bags?
A There are seven common specifications: 4"×8", 6"×8", 6"×10", 8"×12", 10"×12", 12"×16", and 14"×16".
Q How many colors can be printed on honeycomb paper bags?
A Generally, single-color logos are used. There are also double-color printed logos. Printing more than three colors significantly increases difficulty and cost, so it is not recommended.
Q Can the outer layer of honeycomb paper bags be made waterproof?
A Yes, but if there is printing on the outer layer, the waterproof level will be lower. If there is no printing, the waterproof level will be higher.
Q How long does it take to produce 50,000 A4-sized honeycomb paper bags?
A The minimum order quantity for A4-sized honeycomb paper bags is 20,000. If 50,000 are ordered, the normal production time is 10 to 15 days.
Q How are honeycomb paper bags packaged for shipping?
A Generally, 100 paper bags are placed in a large plastic bag and then packed in a carton.
Q Can the inner layer of honeycomb paper bags be made double-layered?
A Yes, we can make the inner layer double-layered, which provides better protection.
