Since its establishment in 2007, Guowei Guanli New Materials has gone through nearly 20 years of dedicated journey. We have always been deeply committed to the field of carbon reducing new materials using paper instead of plastic, and are committed to providing customers with green and sustainable packaging solutions using paper instead of plastic.
As the designated supplier for top international brands such as McDonald's, Mattel Toys, and Procter&Gamble, our product quality is benchmarked against internationally renowned brands such as Henkel in Germany and Michelman in the United States, with some performance surpassing them. With profound technological accumulation, we have obtained 45 national patents and 6 excellent high-tech product certifications to date. We are also the drafting unit for multiple national industry standards, and have jointly established a special doctoral research station for "paper instead of plastic" with well-known universities such as Harbin Institute of Technology and South China University of Technology, injecting a continuous stream of power into technological innovation.

After 20 years of technological accumulation and industrial accumulation, in 2026, we officially established Fengdun New Materials and launched a new product line - FengDun ® （FengDun）。 This series deeply integrates Guanli's advanced "paper instead of plastic" carbon reducing new material packaging coating technology and the advantages of special paper, focusing on the performance development of honeycomb paper packaging, and innovatively launching a series of products such as honeycomb paper bags, honeycomb mesh bags, and honeycomb paper packaging. In the future, FengDun ® We will continue to expand and launch a series of high-performance functional packaging products such as waterproof, oil resistant, and earthquake resistant, contributing Chinese wisdom and solutions to global carbon reduction goals.
